This Privacy Policy explains how Freicore s. r. o. (“Freicore”, “we”, “us”) processes personal data in connection with the website freicore.com.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:
- Legal entity: Freicore s. r. o.
- Company ID (IČO): 57107467
- Commercial Register: Bratislava III Municipal Court, No. Sro/190382/B
- Registered address: Ventúrska 277/16, Bratislava - Staré Mesto, Slovak Republic
- VAT ID: SK2122575829
- Contact email: info@freicore.com
2. Data we collect
freicore.com is a static website. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible:
- Server and access logs. Our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
- The contact form. The form at freicore.com/contact asks for your name, work email address, an optional company name, what you want to discuss, and your message. It also records which page you were on before you reached the form, so we can tell which of our guides and product pages are actually useful. If you arrived from another website, only that site's name is recorded — never the full address, so a search engine's link never tells us what you typed into it. Nothing is stored in your browser to do this. Submitting the form sends those fields to info@freicore.com; nothing is stored in a database on this website, because the website has none. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so we can answer you directly.
- Anti-abuse check on the form. Submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address and basic browser signals in order to tell a person from a bot. It is not used to profile you or to track you across sites.
- Contact by email. If you write to us directly, we process the data you provide (your email address and the content of your message) in order to respond.
- Aggregated usage measurement. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless by design: no cookies are set, no persistent identifier is stored, and your browser is not fingerprinted. We receive only aggregated signals such as page views, referring pages, country, and page load performance.
This website does not use advertising trackers and does not set marketing cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Operating and securing the website (legitimate interest).
- Responding to your inquiries (legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps).
- Protecting the contact form against automated abuse (legitimate interest).
- Complying with legal obligations, where applicable.
4. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Messages sent through the contact form arrive as email and are kept in that mailbox for as long as the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to it; they are deleted when they are no longer needed for the matter they relate to. The same applies to email correspondence. You can ask us to delete your message sooner at any time.
5. Recipients
The following providers process personal data as processors on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and delivery of this website, the Turnstile anti-abuse check on the contact form, and the aggregated, cookieless usage measurement described in section 2.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the email that carries your contact-form message to our mailbox.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some of these providers are established in, or operate infrastructure in, countries outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses together with the additional safeguards those providers commit to in their data processing terms.
7. Your rights
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@freicore.com.
8. The Freicore applications
bearing.freicore.com and root.freicore.com are separate applications, each subject to its own privacy notice presented within the application. This policy covers the public website only.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page.
